Wild- caught, American shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic waters are produced by hard-working American processor families. The incomparable estuaries of Louisiana and the nutrient waterways of Mississippi are only two of our Gulf states that produce the best tasting shrimp in the world!

Shrimp are plentiful in Louisiana and there is an abundant demand to meet our supply. Which makes sense, since shrimp is a cinch to cook, works wonderfully in all sorts of recipes, and freezes like a dream, helping it stay fresh as just-caught until you’re ready to dig in.

And in Mississippi, the Mississippi Gulf Seafood industry was profoundly shaped the history and culture of the coast. As far back as 1869, Biloxi was already such a thriving community that it became known as the “Seafood Capitol of the World.”

Beyond the history and heritage, our Wild American Shrimp are superior in taste and texture and are what top chefs around the world agree are the best-tasting shrimp!
